Some people don’t believe me when I say that mainstream social conservatives would have gay people locked up if they could figure out a reason to do so. Those people are wrong.

This has been in my aggregator for a while now; I’m still trying to get my arms around it. But it seems to violate the basic principle that one state may not export its criminal law into another state.
