No Apple isn’t paying me for this one, but if you buy your music is digital format (whether iTunes, Rhapody, Napster, or whatever you prefer), you’re keeping thousands of outdated CDs out of landfills (not to mention the energy usage and waste from their manufacturing. Plus you’ll save money by being able to select only the songs you want instead of having to always buy the whole album (and digital albums are generally cheaper anyways because you’re not paying for the packaging). Plus, hitting “shuffle” on your iPod is better than having to manually shuffle through a stack of CDs.
