Because of my mail problem I still have not received my copy of Leopard for my new Mac. I decided to go ahead and call Apple about it today:
Me: Hi, yes I ordered a copy of Leopard on Dec 24th and have not yet received it.
Apple Guy: OK sir, can you give me your order number please?
Me: Yes, it’s [Order number]
Apple Guy: OK, we’ll overnight you a new copy, is there anything else I can help you with?
THAT is how customer service is done.
